UseViral calls itself “the best place to boost your social media,” promising quick and easy growth with followers, likes, and views. Sounds great, right?
But does it actually work—or is it just another service that overpromises and underdelivers?
We decided to dig in and test it out for ourselves. In this review, we’ll break down everything UseViral offers, the pros and cons, and whether it’s really worth your money—or if you’re better off looking elsewhere.
Let’s get into it.
What is UseViral?
UseViral is a website where you can buy followers, likes, views, and other engagement metrics for a wide range of social media platforms. Whether you’re looking to boost your presence on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, or even more niche platforms like Threads and Quora, UseViral claims to have you covered.
At its core, UseViral is a Social Media Marketing (SMM) service that lets users pay for quick and easy social proof. The idea is simple: more followers and engagement make your profile look more popular, which can attract even more real users over time. But does it actually work that way? That’s the big question.
UseViral promises a few key things:
- Fast Delivery – They don’t specify exactly how fast, but you should see results fairly quickly.
- Secure Payments – Transactions are protected with encryption and two-factor authentication.
- High-Quality Followers – They claim their followers are real people who will engage with your content.
However, there’s not much transparency on how they source these followers, likes, and views. Do they come from real, active users, or are they just bot accounts with profile pictures? That part remains unclear.
Reviews on their own website are overwhelmingly positive, but with no Trustpilot page or external verification, it’s hard to tell if these reviews are genuine. Like most SMM services, UseViral makes big promises—but whether it actually delivers long-term results is something worth questioning.
But should you use UseViral? Find out in the upcoming sections.

How Does UseViral Work?
Alright, so how does UseViral actually work? Well, it’s pretty straightforward—at least on the surface.
First, you go to their website and choose the platform you want to boost (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). Then, you pick a package—followers, likes, views, whatever you need—and enter your username or link. After that, you check out, pay, and wait for the numbers to start rolling in.
That’s the easy part. The trickier bit is understanding where all these followers and likes actually come from. UseViral claims that their followers are “high-quality” and “real,” but they don’t exactly spell out how they get real people to follow your account. Are these users genuinely interested in your content, or are they just random accounts that have been incentivized to follow? They don’t say.
Another thing to note is their “fast delivery” promise. While it’s great to see your numbers jump overnight, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube have algorithms that are very good at detecting sudden spikes in engagement. If 1,000 followers magically appear on your profile in a few hours, that could raise a red flag and, in some cases, even hurt your account’s reach.
So, does UseViral “work” in the sense that you get what you pay for? Yes—if you buy 1,000 followers, you’ll probably get 1,000 followers. But if you’re hoping for long-term, engaged growth, it’s not so simple. That’s where things get a little murky.
How Much Does UseViral Cost?
UseViral’s pricing depends on the platform and type of followers you’re after. For Instagram, here’s what you’re looking at:
- 1,000 High-Quality Followers – $12.99
- 1,000 Premium Followers – Around $18
- 1,000 Influencer Followers – Almost $40
Other services, like likes and views, start at just a few dollars, while TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter pricing varies depending on the package.
There’s no free trial or refund policy, so once you’ve bought a package, you’re stuck with it. They mention a “100% Satisfaction Guarantee,” but there’s not much detail on what that actually covers.
At these prices, it’s not the cheapest way to grow your social media—especially if you’re expecting real engagement rather than just numbers on a screen.

Now What Happened When We Actually Tried UseViral?
We decided to put UseViral to the test to see if it really delivers “real, high-quality followers” or if it’s just another dressed-up follower bot service. Spoiler: It wasn’t great.
Ordering Process
The process itself was straightforward—pick a package, enter your Instagram username, pay, and wait. No password required, which is a good thing, but also a red flag. How exactly are they getting “real” people to follow our account if they don’t have access to our content or engagement strategy?
Speed of Delivery
This part was fine—followers started arriving within an hour, and the full order was complete within 24 hours. That’s fast, but speed isn’t always a good sign. When followers flood in unnaturally, Instagram’s algorithm tends to notice.
Quality of Followers
This is where things fell apart. Yes, the accounts had profile pictures and posts, but that’s about it. Most of them had low engagement, random usernames, and clearly weren’t real people actively using Instagram. We didn’t get a single comment, DM, or even a like from any of them.
UseViral claims their Influencer Followers are more legit, but at nearly $40 for 1,000, that’s a steep price to pay for something Instagram could just remove later.
Do These Followers Stick?
Not really. Within a week, we had lost over 30% of the followers we bought. Either Instagram was purging them, or they were dropping off naturally (which happens when accounts are generated just to follow people and then disappear).
The Verdict
If you just want your follower count to look bigger for a quick boost, UseViral technically works—but don’t expect engagement, real followers, or lasting results. It’s just another generic social media boosting service with a nice website.
Honestly, if you’re considering something like this, it’s worth checking out this detailed review of Buzzoid, another popular service, before making a decision.
UseViral Pros and Cons
Pros
- Fast Delivery – Followers arrive quickly, usually within a few hours.
- No Password Required – You don’t have to share sensitive login details.
- Easy to Use – The website is simple, and ordering takes just a few clicks.
Cons
- Follower Quality is Low – Most accounts seem inactive or fake.
- No Real Engagement – Followers don’t like, comment, or interact with posts.
- No Verified Reviews – Website reviews seem curated, and there’s no Trustpilot page.
- Expensive for “Influencer Followers” – At nearly $40 for 1,000, it’s not great value.
- Drop-Off Rate is High – Many followers disappear within days or weeks.
What Alternative Service Should You Use Instead of UseViral?
If you’re serious about growing your social media presence, there are much better options than UseViral—ones that don’t leave you wondering whether you actually got what you paid for.
We’ve made a full list of services which we’ve tested to see if they’ll really grow your Instagram – it’s here if you want it.
For real, organic growth, we recommend UpGrow. Unlike services that rely on fake accounts, UpGrow connects you with real social media managers who engage with your target audience and help grow your account naturally.
This means more engagement, better reach, and actual people who are interested in your content—not just empty numbers. It’s a pricier option, but if you want sustainable, long-term growth, it’s worth it.
If you’re set on buying followers, Media Mister is a better bet. They’ve been in the game for years and offer higher-quality followers across multiple platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Their service is more transparent, and they don’t make wild claims about “real engagement” when selling follower packages. While buying followers always comes with risks, Media Mister at least provides a more reliable and professional service than many others out there.
Of course, you can always grow your account organically and by yourself—which is the safest and most sustainable option. It takes time, but by consistently posting high-quality content, engaging with your audience, and using the right strategies, you can build a real following that actually cares about your content.
Quick Fire Questions about UseViral
What is UseViral?
UseViral is a social media growth service where you can buy followers, likes, views, and more for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others.
Does UseViral work?
Technically, yes—you do get the followers or engagement you pay for. But whether they actually help your account grow in a meaningful way is another question entirely.
Is UseViral Allowed by Instagram’s Rules?
It’s a grey area. Instagram’s Terms of Service prohibit fake engagement, and buying followers can put your account at risk of being flagged or even banned.
UseViral Review Conclusion: What Do We Think?
So, is UseViral worth it? Honestly, we tried it ourselves, and we weren’t impressed.
If you just want to boost your numbers for appearances, then sure, UseViral delivers what it promises—followers, likes, and views in exchange for cash. But if you’re hoping for real, engaged followers who actually care about your content, it’s not the magic fix you might be hoping for.
There are also risks. Instagram isn’t a fan of paid engagement, and while UseViral claims to offer “real” followers, there’s no clear explanation of how they ensure quality. Plus, without a verified Trustpilot page, it’s hard to know what real users actually think.
If you want to grow your social media properly, organic strategies or trusted services like UpGrow (for real engagement) or Media Mister (for safe follower purchases) are better options.
Or, of course, you can always do it the old-fashioned way—by creating great content and building a genuine audience over time.
Useviral total rip me off. They did not do what they said on their website. They ripped me off around $177 . I will never
Use that site again and I do not recommend them at all.
UseViral is not legit at all. They provided bots when I ordered from them to boost my post. I tried to get a refund but they wouldn’t refund me even though they have a refund policy on their site if a customer is not satisfied. I filed a dispute with my bank and my bank refunded my money. They are trash and scammers.
I ordered 200 subscribers from Useviral for a new account I created and received absolutely zero new subscribers after the 3-10 day window they gave me. I have been trying to get a refund and per their policy, they have a 14 day money back guarantee no questions asked. I requested a refund within the 14 days and instead they said they will be resubmit my order. They stopped responding to that email thread until I started a new thread and a different rep told me it wasn’t possible to get a refund because my order was sent back to processing. Not only did they not provide a single subscriber, they are refusing to abide by their own refund policy. I would definitely stay away from them. I’m not sure if the positive reviews are fake or if they just had better luck than I did.
Avoid useviral.com NO MATTER HOW DESPERATE OR CURIOUS YOU ARE. Save your money and time… – they are based in Dubai/ US, unprofessional, hooligans, very quick to accept money but not deliver. And if you insist and being persistence, they sent their so call real subscribers to troll and leave hate comments, and report to youtube to review your channel. They are bunch of scammers.
The worst service ever, not providing the service, not answering tickets, should avoid.
Scammers. I had also to open a dispute.
UseViral is absolutely a scam! They scammed me of $599 I paid for a monetised YouTube channel.
They sent me a channel far from monetisation and after several weeks of sending mails, nothing has changed on the channel.
I have also asked for refunds but they keep ignoring the request.
I have sent several emails to their support and nothing has been done
Still trying to find how to get my $599 back.
UseViral is a SCAM! They don’t deliver and they don’t refund. I paid $599 for a monetised YouTube channel. They gave me a channel far from being monetised, sent them several emails, but nothing changed and my refund requests have been ignored to date. This is really painful.
UseViral does have the option to purchase Trustpilot reviews (https://useviral.com/buy-trustpilot-reviews/), i was scammed by them as well.
Weeks gone by with non-deliverance, so I’d strongly advise on NEVER to even try dealing with these scammers!
The Useviral scammers! I bought 1000 Instagram followers from them. They started delivering followers 1 minute after the purchase and after about 20 minutes I had all 1000 new followers. In the meantime, IG banned me three times and I ended up losing access to my profile completely. 10 minutes later miraculously I got my access back and then I saw that every 5 minutes 2 new followers were unsubscribing from me. Every day I lose 15-20 paid (but not quality!) followers! Eventually they will all be gone and I threw my money away on the windows. Don’t fall for them!!!
