UseViral seems to just be a normal online Social Media Marketplace.
You can purchase packages of followers, likes, comments and more – then provide your account details (no need of password) and the order should arrive automatically.
UseViral promise all the followers are high-quality, so will stick around for a long time.
Whilst they don’t go into detail, we can guess the accounts are just botted – but might be higher quality in having content, profile pictures, bios etc.
We aren’t quite sure how they guarantee your account won’t be banned however, especially as they advertise quick delivery which is always more suspicious.

We would not recommend using UseViral to grow your social media accounts for several reasons.
Here’s why:
Worrying Reviews
The top reason we recommend against UseViral, and really the first thing we check for any service, is because they have worrying reviews across the internet.
They don’t have a Trustpilot page, so we couldn’t check that, but there are other websites out there which we did, and found worrying things.
On SiteJabber, there are almost 100 one star reviews, and only 32 positive ones.
The customers complain about not properly receiving their orders, whether they drop quickly or don’t come at all, and about the customer support being non-existent.
We have also received several emails from our readers stating how they have had poor experiences with this company, and the comments (down below) are also very negative.
Overall, this paints a very bad picture of UseViral – and is a big reason we would recommend checking out our alternatives instead which have great reviews, and will actually deliver your order, which is really the bare minimum.

The other main reason we don’t recommend UseViral is generally their service seems very poor, and doesn’t really offer everything lots of other services do.
For example, they only have a contact form for support (even if it is meant to be 24/7), and when we tried to get in touch, we received no reply.
Other customers also complain that the support is non-existent.

UseViral is not legit at all. They provided bots when I ordered from them to boost my post. I tried to get a refund but they wouldn’t refund me even though they have a refund policy on their site if a customer is not satisfied. I filed a dispute with my bank and my bank refunded my money. They are trash and scammers.
I ordered 200 subscribers from Useviral for a new account I created and received absolutely zero new subscribers after the 3-10 day window they gave me. I have been trying to get a refund and per their policy, they have a 14 day money back guarantee no questions asked. I requested a refund within the 14 days and instead they said they will be resubmit my order. They stopped responding to that email thread until I started a new thread and a different rep told me it wasn’t possible to get a refund because my order was sent back to processing. Not only did they not provide a single subscriber, they are refusing to abide by their own refund policy. I would definitely stay away from them. I’m not sure if the positive reviews are fake or if they just had better luck than I did.
Avoid useviral.com NO MATTER HOW DESPERATE OR CURIOUS YOU ARE. Save your money and time… – they are based in Dubai/ US, unprofessional, hooligans, very quick to accept money but not deliver. And if you insist and being persistence, they sent their so call real subscribers to troll and leave hate comments, and report to youtube to review your channel. They are bunch of scammers.

UseViral is absolutely a scam! They scammed me of $599 I paid for a monetised YouTube channel.
They sent me a channel far from monetisation and after several weeks of sending mails, nothing has changed on the channel.
I have also asked for refunds but they keep ignoring the request.

UseViral is a SCAM! They don’t deliver and they don’t refund. I paid $599 for a monetised YouTube channel. They gave me a channel far from being monetised, sent them several emails, but nothing changed and my refund requests have been ignored to date. This is really painful.
UseViral does have the option to purchase Trustpilot reviews (https://useviral.com/buy-trustpilot-reviews/), i was scammed by them as well.
Weeks gone by with non-deliverance, so I’d strongly advise on NEVER to even try dealing with these scammers!
The Useviral scammers! I bought 1000 Instagram followers from them. They started delivering followers 1 minute after the purchase and after about 20 minutes I had all 1000 new followers. In the meantime, IG banned me three times and I ended up losing access to my profile completely. 10 minutes later miraculously I got my access back and then I saw that every 5 minutes 2 new followers were unsubscribing from me. Every day I lose 15-20 paid (but not quality!) followers! Eventually they will all be gone and I threw my money away on the windows. Don’t fall for them!!!
