Stormviews is definitely not legit. Like others’ reviews, I had the same experience with buying their YouTube subscriber service. One day after the order was filled, the number started to shrink by over 50%. I opened a ticket with them, and they never got back to me. A request for a refill was never processed. They are fake and everybody should know it and avoid them.
